PANELS

Dual use panel design allows the same panel to be used for surface applied and embedded applications. Simple add-on anchors mean more flexibility in planning installations and purchasing materials.

1.67" dome spacing from panel to panel. Standard base thickness is 1/8". Other thicknesses are also available on special order. 24"x36" panels have 2.35" dome spacing. All panels have easy egress beveled edges.

		CAST-IN-PLACE ANCHORS - Patent Pending PART NO. CA – For cast-in-place applications, specially designed screw-on polypropylene anchors are attached to the back of the domed panels through pre-drilled and countersunk holes. The anchors extend 2-7/8" into the wet concrete. The substrate aggregate locks the anchor in place. Screw color matches panel color. The truncated dome panel may be removed and replaced if necessary for walkway repairs or other maintenance.

		SURFACE APPLIED ANCHORS PART NO. SF – This easy-to-use surface applied fastening system consists of a Hilti HUD-1 universal anchor with a #10 x 1 1/2" stainless steel flat-head square-drive screw. This is the recommended fastener for surface applied applications in concrete. Screw color matches panel color.

		ANSWER BOND ADHESIVE PART NO. 10A – This is a one-part, caulking gun applied, non-water activated, waterproof adhesive. No troweling is required. Once cured, its high tensile elastometric properties provide a tough, flexible, durable, tenacious bond. User-friendly...using low-odor technologies, once cured, it is not affected by moisture or water. One 10-ounce cartridge is required for each 15 square feet of panel, on average.

		CARBIDE TIPPED COUNTERSINK BITS PART NO. CTCB – Use this carbide tipped tool to drill and countersink additional fastener locations in domed panels due to panels being cut to fit around curves or obstructions. Replacement bits available separately.

		PANEL ALIGNMENT BRACKETS PART NO. PAB – Simple to use brackets help maintain correct spacing of one panel to another, as well as keeping each panel flush with each other, and in perfect alignment. Use them for multiple cast-in-place panel installation. 8 1/2" long aluminum bracket provides long durability, and will not leave rust stains on the panels during installation.
