Microbial Fire Fighting Foam

E-85 Results here!

Non-toxic and biodegradable, Micro-Blaze Out® is the only patented concentrated microbial fire fighting agent on the market today. Our formulation contains Micro-Blaze® which is listed on the National Contingency Plan Schedule of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

U/L Listed for BOTH
Class A and  Class B Fires!

Class A Fires: Mixed at 1/2% to 1%, Micro-Blaze Out offers superior fire fighting capabilities over using water alone or other "wetting" agents.ul

Class B Fires: Micro-Blaze Out is an environmentally effective alternative to current fire fighting foams (e.g., AFFF). It is applied the same way as typical foam products, and is most effective when used in lower concentrations (2% to 3%).

Advantages Of Micro-Blaze Out vs.
 Using Conventional Fire Foams

  • No Danger Of Flashback or Re-ignition
Once Micro-Blaze Out is applied, the foam blanket smothers the fire while its penetrating properties break up the hydrocarbon’s molecular chain, rendering it inflammable.
  • Cleans the Environment
Within minutes of application, Micro-Blaze Out‘s microbial blend starts to digest the hydrocarbon contaminants, converting them into harmless CO2 and water.
  • Requires less water and product
Saves departments time, money and manpower
  • Runoff acceptable at wastewater treatment plants (WTPs)
Micro-Blaze Out does not contain any fluorosurfactants or other toxic ingredients that can cause excessive foaming in WTPs.

How Does Micro-Blaze Out Work?

Micro-Blaze Out's unique properties helps it to not only smother and suppress the fire - it penetrates the liquid substrate and prevents flashback and re-ignition. This unique ability to penetrate the burning hydrocarbons makes Micro-Blaze Out highly effective in rain storms and rolling fuel fires, below:

In the picture below, breaks in conventional fire foam barriers on top of the burning hydrocarbons can release vapors that can build up to dangerous LELs, possibly leading to re-ignition or flashback.
